Large Group Reservation Deposit Per Person

To confirm your large group reservation (7 or more people), a $10 deposit per person is required at the time of booking.

How it works:

• Add one $10 deposit to your cart for each person included in your reservation.

• Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

• On the day of your reservation, if everyone in your group attends and paints, the full deposit will be refunded to the original payment method after your visit.

• If anyone in your reservation does not attend, or attends but does not paint, $10 will be retained for each no-show or non-painter, and the remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded to the original payment method after your visit.

Example:

If you reserve for 10 people, you’ll pay a $100 deposit. If all 10 guests attend and paint, you’ll receive a full $100 refund. If 2 guests do not show up, or choose not to paint, $20 will be retained and $80 will be refunded.
